17:16C-21. Retail installment contract; writing required; agreements between retail buyer and seller; signatures Every retail installment contract shall be in writing and shall contain all of the agreements between the retail buyer and retail seller relating to the installment sale of the goods purchased and shall be signed both by the retail buyer and the retail seller.
