17:16C-13. Suspension, revocation or refusal to renew license not to impair obligation of lawful retail installment contract or retail charge account No suspension, revocation or refusal to renew any license shall impair or affect the obligation of any lawful retail installment contract or retail charge account acquired previously thereto by the licensee.
