17:14A-77.1. Review of commissioner's order to remove director or officer An order by the commissioner made pursuant to R.S. 17:14A-75 shall be subject to review by appeal to the Appellate Division of the Superior Court. L.1983, c. 566, s. 17:14A-77.1.
