Commissioner's powers on ultra vires, unlawful and unsafe practices

17:14A-72. Commissioner's powers on ultra vires, unlawful and unsafe practices If the commissioner finds that a safe deposit company is violating the provisions of its certificate of incorporation, or is conducting its business in violation of any law of this State, or in an unsafe manner, he shall order the safe deposit company to cease its ultra vires, unlawful or unsafe practices, as the case may be.
