N.J.S.A. 17:14A-69 — Publication of report

17:14A-69. Publication of report A summary of each report filed pursuant to R.S. 17:14A-66, in a form prescribed by the commissioner, shall be published by the safe deposit company once in a newspaper having a general circulation in the county in which the company's principal office is located within two weeks after the report is filed. The cost of publication shall be paid by the company and a proof of publication filed with the commissioner. A copy of the report shall be made available to any person requesting it.
