17:14A-59. Control of safe deposit company; review of commissioner's disapproval The commissioner's disapproval of an application to acquire control of a safe deposit company shall be subject to review by appeal in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court. L.1983, c. 566, s. 17:14A-59.
