17:14A-58. Control of safe deposit company; approval or disapproval of application The commissioner shall notify the applicant in writing of his approval or disapproval of the application to acquire control within 90 days after its filing unless he shall advise the applicant in writing before the expiration of the 90-day period of his determination to extend the period for an additional 90 days. If the commissioner shall disapprove the application, he shall set forth his reasons therefor in the notification to the application. L.1983, c. 566, s. 17:14A-58.
