Carrying on safe deposit business

17:14A-3. Carrying on safe deposit business A corporation organized under any law other than this chapter shall not be authorized to carry on a safe deposit business, but this section shall not apply to State or federally chartered banks, savings banks, savings and loan associations or credit unions.
