Payment of capital; filing proof with commissioner

17:14A-17. Payment of capital; filing proof with commissioner The full amount of capital shall be paid in, in cash, before a safe deposit company transacts any business, except that which relates to its organization. The payment shall be certified to the commissioner under oath of two of its officers. L.1983, c. 566, s. 17:14A-17.
