Applicability to federal associations having principal offices in state

17:12B-86. Applicability to federal associations having principal offices in state The provisions of section 82 of this act shall also apply to all Federal associations having their principal offices in this State, where such procedures are not in conflict with any Federal laws, rules and regulations.
