Nonshare plan

17:12B-76. Nonshare plan A State association operating pursuant to the nonshare plan shall issue to each savings member an account book or, in lieu thereof, any other evidence of the account which may be approved by the commissioner. Any such State association may also issue to each member, at its option, a membership certificate. Payments by savings members may be made at their option subject to the by-laws of the State association, or to any regulations of the State association adopted in accordance with the provisions of this act. The same rate of dividend shall be declared to all savings members' accounts; except as may otherwise be provided by this act. No such State association shall impose any charge against any savings member, nor retain any of the dividends credited to any member's account in the event of withdrawal of such account, except as may be permitted by regulations issued by the commissioner.
