Discontinuance of participation in pension plan

17:12B-60. Discontinuance of participation in pension plan Any State association may at any time discontinue its participation in a pension plan and terminate any and all prospective liability in connection therewith, by giving at least 30 days' written notice of its intention so to do to the officers and employees who will be affected thereby.
