Excess payments; employee contributions

17:12B-54. Excess payments; employee contributions Nothing in this act shall prevent the payment of greater benefits as set forth in the plan if the officer or employee contributes the premium or other charges for the purchase or return of benefits in excess of the maximum set forth in the plan.
