Determination of amount; specification in pension plan

17:12B-53. Determination of amount; specification in pension plan No State association shall pay or contract for the payment or adopt a plan providing for the payment of any annual pension payment unless the method of determining the amount of the pension payment is specified in the pension plan. L.1963, c. 144, s. 53. Amended by L.1975, c. 29, s. 1, eff. March 5, 1975.
