17:12B-49. Rental and maintenance of safe deposit boxes An insured association shall have power to keep, maintain and rent out for hire, at the location occupied by its principal office or any branch office, safe deposit boxes or other receptacles for the safe keeping of personal property. In exercising the powers authorized by this paragraph, the insured association shall have, but shall not be confined to, the same rights and remedies conferred upon safe deposit companies.
