17:12B-46.5. Action by officers when no emergency proclaimed Whenever the officers of an association are of the opinion that an emergency, as defined in section 1 of this act, exists which directly or indirectly affects one or more or all of the association's offices they shall have the same authority given to officers under section 3 of this act even though the commissioner has not issued and does not issue a proclamation of emergency. Any office or offices closed pursuant to this section shall remain closed until the officers of the association shall determine that such office or offices shall be reopened.
