Regulations of the commissioner

17:12B-46.10. Regulations of the commissioner The commissioner may make such orders and regulations, not inconsistent with this act, as he shall deem necessary to provide for the uninterrupted continuance of business by associations during an emergency to the extent consistent with the safety and security of persons and of property.
