Construction of inconsistent provisions

17:12B-271. Construction of inconsistent provisions In the event of inconsistency between the provisions of this Article XXI and other provisions of this act, such other provisions to the extent of the inconsistency shall be construed to be applicable to mutual associations only and not to capital stock associations.
