Merger of capital stock associations

17:12B-266. Merger of capital stock associations In the case of the merger of any two or more capital stock associations, the procedure to merge shall be as provided in Article XIII of this act except that the word "member" shall be either inclusive of stockholders of the capital stock association or shall be construed to mean stockholder wherever appropriate to the context.
