Supervision of capital stock associations

17:12B-265. Supervision of capital stock associations In the case of a capital stock association, with regard to the provisions of Article XII, the word "member" shall be either inclusive of stockholders of the capital stock association or shall be construed to mean stockholder wherever appropriate to the context.
