Persons who may incorporate a capital stock association

17:12B-245. Persons who may incorporate a capital stock association Any number of persons, not less than nine, domiciled in this State and citizens of the United States, hereinafter referred to as incorporators, may incorporate a capital stock association for the purposes specified in this act, by complying with the terms, conditions and procedures herein stated. L.1974, c. 137, s. 16, eff. Oct. 23, 1974.
