Purchase of assets; inapplicability of Article X

17:12B-206. Purchase of assets; inapplicability of Article X Any association may purchase assets from another association which sells all or a part of its assets in accordance with section 204 of this act and the provisions of Article X of this act shall not apply to such transactions.
