17:12B-182. Commissioner's authority The commissioner may forthwith take charge of the State association and possession of all its real and personal property, books and records, and continue the operation of its business until such possession and management shall be returned to its board, or until such State association shall merge, reorganize, dissolve and commence liquidation, or go into receivership.
