Persons who may form corporation

17:12B-13. Persons who may form corporation Any 9 or more persons, domiciled in this State, and citizens of the United States, hereinafter referred to as incorporators, may associate to form a corporation for the purposes specified in this act, by complying with the terms, conditions and procedure herein stated.
