Termination of membership

17:12B-112. Termination of membership The membership of a savings member shall terminate when the amount of his account has been paid to him in full or when the transfer of his membership to another person has been recorded on the books of the association, or when his account has been retired as provided in this act. The membership of a borrowing member shall terminate when his status as a borrower from the association terminates or when his membership is transferred to another person and such transfer is recorded on the books of the association.
