Death of trustee; appointment of successor

16:7-4. Death of trustee; appointment of successor If all of the trustees appointed pursuant to this act have died, the members may, from time to time, at any of their business meetings, appoint one or more trustees to succeed them. L.1971, c. 296, s. 3, eff. Aug. 27, 1971.
