Trustee's title

16:7-3. Trustee's title Such trustee or trustees shall hold title to such real property subject to all of the provisions contained in the trust instrument under which the original trustee or trustees was or were bound, including the duty to convey such real property to such person or persons which the members at any of their business meetings may designate.
