Extinct church or society defined

16:6-2. Extinct church or society defined A church or religious society shall be regarded as extinct when its membership is so reduced that it has not sufficient members to fill its offices, and has ceased to hold its regular meetings, and to keep its relation with any church having regular connection with such annual conference for a period of three consecutive years.
