Constitution

16:5-9. Constitution Any such corporation shall adopt a constitution defining its doctrinal basis and setting forth the qualifications and voting powers of its members and its affiliations and relationship to constituent congregations and other bodies and providing for the management of its corporate affairs and the distribution of its functions and powers to sessions, conferences, boards, committees and officers.
