Trustees; accounting; action by majority

16:2-7. Trustees; accounting; action by majority Such board shall keep and report to the church annually, or oftener if required, a full and accurate account of its transactions and the financial condition of the church. All proceedings, acts and orders of the board shall be by a majority vote of all its members.
