Certificate; filing and recording

16:2-2. Certificate; filing and recording A certificate in writing of such proceedings, under the hands and seals of the president and secretary of the meeting, shall be transmitted to the clerk of the county, who shall file and record the same, for which service the county clerk shall be entitled to receive the fee provided in section 22:2-19 of the title Fees and Costs. Thereupon the members of such church and their successors shall be a corporation by the name stated in the certificate.
