Extinct church or religious society; vesting of property; reversionary interests

16:13-14. Extinct church or religious society; vesting of property; reversionary interests All real and personal property belonging to or held in trust for any Reformed church in America or any Reformed religious society in America that has or shall become extinct shall vest in and become the property of the classis having ecclesiastical jurisdiction over the same, its successors and assigns. This section shall not affect the reversionary interest of any person in such property or any valid lien thereon.
