16:11-6. Succession of trustees of church having incorporated board L.1905, c. 137, s. 3, p. 252 (C.S. p. 4342, s. 79), being section three of an act entitled "An act concerning the election and incorporation of the trustees and the management of the temporal affairs of Christian congregations connected with the Presbyterian Church in the United States of America," approved April twelfth, one thousand nine hundred and five, saved from repeal.
