Records; trustees or members may examine

16:11-17. Records; trustees or members may examine Subject to reasonable regulations, any member of the board of trustees or congregation shall, upon application to the secretary or treasurer, be entitled to inspect and examine any of the policies of insurance, securities, books, papers and documents in the custody of either of such officers and to copy the same or make extracts therefrom.
