Powers

16:10A-7. Powers An incorporated local church of, or other incorporated organization connected with, The United Methodist Church shall have such powers as may be granted to and provided for a religious corporation under the laws of this State. L.1968, c. 235, s. 6, eff. July 31, 1968.
