Trustees; election

16:1-35. Trustees; election The members of such association, assembled at any regularly appointed meeting, may elect trustees in the manner provided in section 16:1-34 of this title for the purpose of: a. Filling any vacancy occasioned by the removal of any trustee by such members for any cause they may deem sufficient, but such removal shall not be in less than one year after his election into office; or b. Filling any vacancy occasioned by the death or resignation of any trustee.
