15A:2-9. Organization meeting of board of trustees On or after the effective date of the certificate of incorporation, an organization meeting of the board named in the certificate of incorporation shall be held, at the call of a majority of the board named, to adopt bylaws, elect officers, provide for initial members if there are to be members, and transact all other business as may come before the meeting. The board members calling the meeting shall give at least 5 days' notice thereof by mail to each trustee named in the certificate of incorporation, which notice shall state the time and place of the meeting.
