15A:14-26. Reorganization under act of congress; powers and duties of state instrumentalities Nothing contained in sections 15A:14-24 and 15A:14-25 shall be construed to abrogate, limit or restrict the powers and duties over any corporation imposed or conferred by law on any State officer, board, commission or other agency.
