Effect of certificate of authority

15A:13-5. Effect of certificate of authority Upon the issuance of a certificate of authority by the Secretary of State, the foreign corporation shall be authorized to conduct in this State any activities of the character set forth in its application. The authority shall continue so long as it retains authority to conduct those activities in the jurisdiction of its incorporation and its authority to conduct activities in this State has not been surrendered or revoked.
