14A:8-3.1. Continuation of trust; law against perpetuities inapplicable The period for which any trust may be created and maintained may be as long�as may be desirable for the complete administration of any plan as originally adopted or thereafter amended, and no trust or trust fund shall be subject to or�held to be in violation of any principle of law, against perpetuities or restraints on alienation or perpetual accumulations of trusts.
