Provisions severable; repealer

14A:17-16. Provisions severable; repealer If any provision of this act or the application thereof to any person or circumstances be held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this act which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this act are declared to be severable. All laws and parts of laws in conflict with any of the provisions of this act are hereby repealed, to the extent so in conflict. L.1969, c. 232, s. 16, eff. Dec. 16, 1969.
