Effect of certificate of authority

14A:13-5. Effect of certificate of authority Upon the issuance of a certificate of authority by the Secretary of State, the foreign corporation shall be authorized to transact in this State any business of the character set forth in its application. Such authority shall continue so long as it retains its authority to transact such business in the jurisdiction of its incorporation and its authority to transact business in this State has not been surrendered, suspended or revoked.
