Penalties; payment and disposition

13:9-28. Penalties; payment and disposition All payments on account of penalties under this chapter shall be made to the Department of Environmental Protection for the support of the fire service. Amended by L.1981, c. 369, s. 31, eff. Dec. 30, 1981.
