Grants by state treasurer upon approval by commissioner; amount of grant

13:8A-11. Grants by state treasurer upon approval by commissioner; amount of grant Grants under this act shall be made by the State Treasurer upon certification of approval by the commissioner. Each grant shall be in an amount equal to 50% of the actual price to be paid for the lands in question. L.1961, c. 45, p. 481, s. 11.
