13:8-59. Component river area within flood hazard area or part of state park, wildlife refuge or similar area; acts governing Any portion of a component river area included in the system which is delineated as within the boundaries of a flood hazard area pursuant to section 3 of P.L.1962, c. 19 (C. 58:16A-52), or which is or shall become a part of any State park, wildlife refuge or similar area shall be subject to the provisions of this act and the acts under which such other areas may be administered; in the case of conflict between the provisions of such acts, the more restrictive provisions shall apply.
