13:8-41. Review of formal declarations of railroad right-of-way abandonments for inclusion in system The department shall review all formal declarations of railroad right-of-way abandonments by the Interstate Commerce Commission or other Federal agencies, for possible inclusion into the State trails system. L.1974, c. 159, s. 12, eff. Nov. 14, 1974.
