Studies for designation of additional trails

13:8-40. Studies for designation of additional trails The department shall make studies for the purpose of determining the feasibility and desirability of designating additional trails as recreation or scenic trails. L.1974, c. 159, s. 11, eff. Nov. 14, 1974.
