13:20-25 Council may institute action, proceeding for injunctive relief. 27. The council may institute an action or proceeding in Superior Court for injunctive relief for any violation of this act, or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant thereto, or, in the preservation area for any violation of, or nonconformance with, the regional master plan. The council may also institute an action or proceeding for injunctive relief for any violation of the regional master plan in the planning area as it relates to a municipality or county that has been approved to be in conformance with the regional master plan pursuant to section 15 of this act. In any action or proceeding brought pursuant to this section, the court may proceed in a summary manner and may also grant temporary or interlocutory relief. L.2004,c.120,s.27.
