13:1M-16. Rules, regulations The Department of Environmental Protection, within 180 days of the effective date of this act and pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), shall adopt rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purposes of this act. L. 1985, c. 432, s. 16, eff. Jan. 13, 1986.
