13:1M-14. Report on producible quantity Within seven days of determining that the well will yield a commercially producible quantity of oil or natural gas, the holder of a permit issued under section 2 of this act shall file a written report to the department providing, in addition to any other information required by the department, the location and depth of the well, the estimated quantity of oil or natural gas producible from the well and any plans for its extraction.
